Purim is without a doubt one of the most exciting, festive times in the Jewish calendar but often we forget the spiritual significance. Anyone who has spent a Purim in יְרוּשָׁלַיִם will recall the joy everywhere around you. Being able to just walk into a house and dance with the host, say a shtickle Purim Torah or chap a lchaim. Being that this year is שנת הקהל we want to do more this year as a community. We are going to be hosting a Purim Day party at our house. There will be various "stations" to fulfill all the mitzvos of Purim iyh. This event is being brought to you by the chevra for the chevra. There will also be props for the photo section to remember the great time! Details: When: 14 Adar (7th March) Time: 10:00 - 4:30pm Schedule: 10am: Megila leining (followed by plenty food, drink and fun) 12pm-3pm: Kids entertainment (magician/entertainer) 1:40pm: Mincha Minyan 2pm: 2nd Megila leining for those who need to hear 2pm -4pm: Petting Zoo (with Pony ride) 4pm: Last M
